Rob McFadden is Founder and Managing Director of RH Tech Group, an Atlanta-based technology consultancy delivering AI, automation, and modernization programs for small and mid-market organizations.
Background
His career has been spent in enterprise technology, with emphasis on systems integration, identity and access management, and platform modernization in regulated environments. He founded RH Tech Group to apply that delivery discipline at a scale and price point the enterprise consulting model does not serve.

Still a practitioner
McFadden remains an active practitioner, designing and deploying production systems using the same AI tooling the firm directs on client engagements.
He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three kids and is an active participant in the community.
